Description
Shansun-90 - high-functional isolate of soy protein, solid protein content - not less than 90% (genetically not modified, with the excellent water connecting and emulsifying abilities, are formed by dense gel, ideal for preparation of granules)
It is intended for application in production meat - fish products - for the purpose of improvement of quality, and also decrease in prime cost of finished goods.
Functional properties and advantages of use:
The soy isolated Shansun-90 protein is applied by production emulsified and coarsely cut meat - and fish products:
§вареных sausages, sausages, sausages and meat and fish bread - the highest, the first and second grades;
§полукопченых, cooked smoked and raw smoked sausages;
§рубленых semi-finished products (cutlets, hamburgers, quenelles, forcemeat, pelmeni, etc.);
§крабовых sticks.
Main ways of use:
in a dry form;
in the form of suspension;
in the form of gel;
in the form of granules (for half-smoked, it is boiled - smoked, raw smoked sausages, semi-finished products);
as a part of a proteinaceous and fatty emulsion;
as a part of a proteinaceous and collagenic emulsion (from a pork skin, skin chicken);
as a part of brines.
