The remote hydraulic sampler of APOLLON LONG   provides high - quality, simple and bystry process of sampling of grain crops and other bulks from trucks, trailers on all height of an embankment, including a benthonic layer, with the subsequent pneumotransportation and unloadings through a cyclone - razgruzitel of the selected test.

• Description of a sampler

 The sampler is delivered to the Customer in unassembled form. The sampler consists of the following main parts:

• Pipe rack (2 pieces);
• Monorail (1 piece);
• The arrow is rotary;
• Sampling probe;
• System of aspiration (the turbine complete with an arm of fastening and a cable of 25 m, a cyclone - razgruzitel, semyaprovod 20 m with the fixing collars);
• Box with the established maslostantion;
• Control panel;
• Set of managing directors and power cables.

• Operating procedure

 The principle of action of a sampler consists in the following: the operator by means of the control panel, operating arrow hydraulic actuators, exposes the probe over a body of the car (trailer) with a loose product. Having convinced that the probe is in the necessary situation the operator presses the "Start of a Cycle of Sampling" button, at the same time the probe falls through a loose product to a contact with a bottom of a body of the car (trailer). Having concerned a body bottom, the probe rises in a starting position. Along with raising of the probe the turbine which sucks in a product and gives it to a cyclone the razgruzitel established in laboratory turns on.

At the request of the customer the sampler can be equipped with automatic equipment that allows to make pressing of one button sampling in the automatic mode according to the set schemes.
