Separator of A1-BIS-100, BSH-100

On elevators apply separator of A1 - BIS - 100, BSH - 100, SVS - 100. In grain - cleaning sections of mills separators of A1 - BLS - 12, BSH - 12, SVS - 12, A1 - BLS - 16, BSH - 16, SVS - 16 are established. The design of separators is identical and has no fundamental differences. Separators are made at three plants.
Sitova the body has two in parallel the working sections, Only separators of A1 - BLS - 12, BSH - 12, SVS - 12 is executed by single - section. The body is suspended to bed by means of flexible reeds from fiber glass. In each section of shaker frame two tiers are established sit, in each tier two sitovy frames, in separator of A1 - BLS - 16, BSH - 16, SVS - 16 in each tier - on one frame.
The frame 8 longitudinal and cross whetstones divides podsitovy space into cells. In each cell there are about two rubber balls which are freely moving on the mesh pallet 11 10 with a diameter of 35 mm. The Sitovy frame can be put forward by means of the handles placed from reception.
In body of separator there are trays 6, 7 for conclusion according to coarse and fine impurities. The body is set by Sitova in circular progress from the electric motor 14 through klinoremenny transfer on pulley of the balansirny mechanism.
The pneumoseparating channel 3 is intended for allocation from the grain mass of light impurity. In separator there are two pneumoseparating channels, each of which accepts grain from the corresponding section of shaker frame. In separator of A1 - BLS - 12, BSH - 12, SVS - 12 - one pneumoseparating channel.
In the pneumoseparating channel the mobile wall 2 which provision determines the average speed of air flow, distribution of speeds in pneumatic duct and, respectively, fineness of separation is established.
In separators the mobile external wall of the channel is made of whole glass. The lighting lamp with the reflector sending light flow to working zone is established horizontally in upper part of the canal. Such design allows to watch process of separation on all area of working zone of the pneumoseparating channel.
The separator of A1 - BIS - 100, BSH - 100, SVS - 100 consists of the following main nodes: shaker frame, the drive of shaker frame, the pneumoseparating channels, receptions and release slides, bed.
