The boiler electric AKNE "FOUNTAIN" is intended for continuous preparation of boiled water at catering establishments. The hot water (boiled water) produced in a boiler is applied when cooking garnishes, vegetables, sausages, pelmeni, at production of hot drinks, etc. Use of boiled water allows to reduce process of bringing products to culinary readiness and more stoutly to keep biologically valuable substances in products. Boiled water is used for sterilization kitchen and tableware, tableware, etc.
Especially for a boiler supports of the PK - 3 series and the PK - 5 series (height of 420 mm and 870 mm) are developed for convenient operation of the device.

| Case of a squared boiler. All elements of a boiler are made of food AISI 304 stainless steel. The volume of a kipyatilny vessel – 4 l, the volume of the collection of boiled water – 2 l. In a kipyatilny vessel three 4 kW TENA everyone are located. Productivity – 100 l/hour. Time of heating of water to boiling – 3 minutes. |
