Works on diagnostics are performed with use of 8 mobile road diagnostic laboratories and other specialized equipment for inspections of roads. All devices and the equipment used at diagnostics are entered in the state register of measuring instruments and pass periodic certification according to the legislation on ensuring unity of measurements. Processing of results of field inspections and formation of technical reports on diagnostics are carried out by means of the program and measuring Doroga-PRO complex and a program complex on management of a condition of highways and artificial constructions of the Title-2005 personal computer . |

| Assessment of longitudinal flatness and coefficient of coupling of a paving | |
| Coupling qualities of a covering are estimated by the mobile road laboratories equipped with the hook-on PKRS-2U installations . The received values of coefficients of coupling are given to settlement temperature of 20 °C according to ODN 218.0.006-2002. Detailed tool inspections are carried out with use of the IKSP small-sized device. | |

| In addition, when working on diagnostics of highways time-lapse digital video filming with use from one to three chambers is carried out.
The program of processing allows to receive the panoramic image of the road and to create uniform video bank on a network of roads. According to the video footage linear measurements for determination of volumes of patching, width of a covering, roadsides, etc. are performed. |

| Assessment of durability and definition of a design of road clothes | |
| The assessment of durability of road clothes is carried out by a long and basic progibomer and installation of dynamic loading Dyne-3M with determination of parameters of a bowl of a deflection for an assessment of a condition of the basis of road clothes and a road bed.
Definition of a design of road clothes is carried out by means of the Humming-bird SB-PM boring installation and installations for selection of cores. Zalozheniye of a hole can be made on depth to 2,5 m. |

| Measurement of depth of a track and determination of defects of a covering | |
| Measurement of depth of a track is taken by means of
PDL "Route"
equipped high-precision (to 1 mm) a complex by determination of rutting. The system consists of 2 plane lasers and 2 video cameras which optical axes are directed perpendicular to a covering.
Detailed tool inspections of cross flatness are carried out by the measuring instrument of rutting IK-2S. Video fixing of defects of a paving is carried out with use of a high-speed linear chamber with resolution of 1 mm and shooting of 4,0 m wide. Information processing is carried out in the semi-automatic mode. |
