Car ovoshcherezatelny ABAT MKO-50 (vegetable cutter)

The car kitchen ovoshcherezatelny the MKO-50 type is intended for cutting and a shinkovaniye of crude and boiled vegetables and fruit at catering establishments.

Technical parameters:

The folding cover and pusher of a vegetable cutter are made of food aluminum, the case – of high-quality stainless steel. The drive of the car allows to carry out processing of products or through a crescent loading funnel, or through a round opening with a diameter of 52 mm for the extended vegetables and fruit (cucumbers, bananas, etc.) – a pusher with the handle. After pressing of the Start-up button and processing of one vegetable or fruit the motor automatically stops and resumes work only at the following lowering of the handle of a pusher. The car has the legs regulated on height.

Are included in the standard package of the car:
- the knife combined;
- S knife = 10 mm;
- S knife = 2 mm;
- knife lattice;
- the grater is large.

Types of cutting: bars of 10х10 mm, slices (circles) 2 mm thick, straws of 4,5х3 mm, cubes of 10х10х10 mm.
