Accounting and certification of highways and artificial constructions

Assignment:

The program carries out the automated creation of electronic passports of roads and artificial constructions. Forms of electronic passports of roads correspond to "The instruction for technical accounting and certification of public highways" (BCH 1-83), bridge constructions - "Instructions for carrying out surveys of bridges and pipes on highways". Except numerical and text information drawings of bridge constructions, schemes of water throughput pipes, photographs on road signs, objects of road service etc. are built in reporting documents.

Short description:

On the basis of information which is stored in ABDD "Title-2005" automatically are created in the Microsoft Word 95/2000/XP format:

• cards on water throughput pipes, bridge constructions and buildings of road service;
• summary sheets of existence of highways and constructions on them;
• sheets of existence and status of pipes, bridge constructions, buildings of road service, barriers and other objects.

By means of the separate module the linear diagram of the passport of the highway according to "The instruction for technical accounting and certification and / d general use" (BCH 1-83), including automatic display of a situation on the road, selection of sections with technical and operational parameters, unsatisfactory under the terms of the movement, forms.
